StPierre&Co. Return and Refund Policy

At StPierre&Co., we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you have an issue with your order, please contact our customer-service team so we can assist you.

1. Return requests

If you wish to return an item, contact us at stpierreco.store@gmail.com with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for your request.

Please wait for return instructions before sending any item back. As we use third-party suppliers to fulfil orders, the return address and process may vary by product.

2. Change-of-mind returns

For eligible online purchases, South African law may provide a cooling-off right allowing cancellation within seven days after receiving goods, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions. The direct cost of returning goods may be payable by the customer where the law permits.

Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel or return an order.

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, unsafe, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the problem
Clear photographs, where appropriate

We will assess the issue and work with the relevant supplier to arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

4. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under South African consumer-protection law.

Where goods fail to meet applicable statutory quality requirements, the Consumer Protection Act may provide remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund. Applicable statutory rights take precedence over any conflicting store policy.

5. Refund processing

Once a refund is approved, we will explain the next steps and process it through the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for the funds to appear may depend on your payment provider or bank.

Where a statutory refund deadline applies, we will comply with that deadline.

6. Order cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after the supplier has processed or dispatched the order.

This does not affect any cancellation rights available under applicable law.

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, contact us first. Exchanges depend on product availability and the applicable return rules. A refund and new order may be necessary where a direct exchange is unavailable.
